This public site does not accept payments, process orders or reserve work. Paid coaching or mentoring only starts after a written scope and commercial agreement have been accepted by the relevant parties.

Effective 24 September 2026. This page describes general expectations for changes, cancellation and refunds if a separate paid coaching or mentoring agreement is agreed.
Changes and scheduling
Where paid work is agreed, changes and rescheduling should follow its written terms. Raising a change early makes it easier to distinguish completed work, work in progress, cancelled expenses and an useful revised plan.
Cancellation
Cancellation is handled according to the separate terms for the engagement. The appropriate outcome can depend on scope, completed work, access, confidential materials, rights and any agreed expenses.
Refunds
Refund discussions relate to specific paid work and its written terms, not this public website. Where a payment is involved, the agreement should clearly explain the relevant method, timing and any proposed resolution.
